What’s Love Got to Do With It?

Once a week I facilitate a Healing Circle where we work on cleansing our subtle body frequencies and aligning with the energies of the higher realms. An important part of the Circle is an energy transmitter that draws down and magnifies energies that are in the invisible realms, helping participants to have a tangible experience of multidimensional energy while also facilitating a deep cleansing of imprints in the subtle bodies.
Recently the focus in the Circle was ‘How to live in a state of unconditional love’ and we responded to one of the eternal questions ‘what’s love got to do with it?’ So with the help of the transmitter, we travelled through our subtle energy bodies looking for blockages, openings, sticky-points, sensations and feelings – or any other point of reference that could help us explore and discover our true feelings and beliefs about our capacity to engage in unconditional love. For while each of us craves it, our differing conceptions and perceptions of love, and our beliefs and ideas of what love ‘should be’, get in the way of truly receiving and giving unconditional love. Yet to love every person we meet and ever have dealings with, with an openness of heart and an attitude of joy and compassion is the essence of the soul. We are all unconditional by birthright and we all know at a soul level how to love easily and effortlessly. Our past experiences and our present hurts have simply filtered our ability to experience the divine in everything and everyone.
You Can Do It To:
If you want to clean the filters you have put in place in your energy fields or explore your capacity to give and receive love unconditionally without attachment and with an open heart, ask yourself these simple questions –
- Am I ready to love unconditionally?
- What do I need to do in order to allow myself?
- What do I need to embrace?
- What do I need to let go of?
- What do I need to heal?
- What do I need to clear from my energy field?
- How can I best open my subtle bodies to give and receive love unconditionally to myself and all other sentient beings?
Remember to allow your heart to answer each question and not your head. The questions are direct and the answers will be too. If they are not, your head is answering the question, and not your heart. Other questions may come to mind as you do this exercise. If they do, remember to keep them simple – let them cut through the heart of your questioning and find the true source of the answers.
I recommend that you ask and give an answer to these questions every day for at least thirty days – as it takes 30 days for something to become a habit. If you embrace this with your heart and not your head, asking each question from the heart, hearing the answer from the heart, and acting on the answer from the heart, you will experience changes within yourself and in your relationships very quickly because your energy field and your capacity for unconditional love will expand every time you do it.
After 30 days, when this has become a habit you will do it without even thinking about it and will potentially do it every day for the rest of your life. Just like brushing your teeth! Once you have the understanding of what you need to do in order to live in a state of unconditional love, you will also recognise that love is all there is in this vast and profound universe and anything that doesn’t feel like love is a filter. A filter of perception that separates you from love, helping you to continue to explore what love has got to do with your life.
